VIKING F-1196 PULLEY – FUNCTIONAL TRAINER
Viking's F-1196 functional training system consists of 2 independent pulleys - adjustable in height - with a large degree of freedom, simulating natural - wide range of motion.
Natural (self-driven, not machine-driven), free movement whether it's push-ups, stretches, or pull-ups, exploits the full range of joints and teaches muscles to work cooperatively in all their degrees and angles of motion.
This is the definition of functional training that improves neuromuscular coordination, reduces injuries, increases real strength and makes us better athletes!
It is truly incredible the variety of exercises we can perform with the F-1196, training our entire muscular system and all this taking up minimal space (it rests on the wall and its base is 62x63 cm!
Exercises are performed smoothly thanks to the double running rail and inner ring carriages that ensure a linear flow.
