VIKING LP-7 PULLEY AND ROWER

Unique multi-instrument for a perfect combination of VIKING LP-7 exercises

• Robust and functional construction with proper flow of cables.
• It has 3 different pulleys (high, medium, low) with their respective handles.

BACK PULLS

• Can work with either simple weight discs (28mm) or Olympic (50mm), with additional adapters ("sleeves") included. On each side there is a useful suspension length of 19 cm for 28mm discs and 14 cm for 50mm discs. Total 38 and 28 cm respectively.

Performs exercises:
- Front and back neck pulls and triceps presses with the high pulley.
- Bending of the trunk (abdominals) with resistance, pressures for the chest and extensions above the head for the long head of the triceps with the middle pulley.

ROWING

• It has a metal folding counter soles for the correct execution of the low rowing but also cushions - counters on the upper part of the thighs so that they do not rise in the pulls of the high pulley.
• It has non-slip rubber soles to keep it stable and to prevent damage to the floor.

Performs exercises:
- Low rowing, biceps bends, trapezoidal lifts (high rowing) and exercise of quadriceps - biceps and adductor - leads with the low pulley.
