What's Included:

Iron Neck 3.0
25lbs (11.3kg) Resistance Band: Apply between 1 and 25lbs of linear resistance with the high quality fabric resistance band. Just move away for more resistance, move closer for less resistance.
Door hook: To use the door hook, simply slide it between the door and frame at headboard height and close. Then make sure it's secure by giving the metal D-ring a quick tug.
Door Belt: To install the door belt, open your door and thread the belt around it. Make sure all three D-rings are facing the side of the door you want to train on and tighten the straps.
Cinch Anchor: Use the Iron Neck on any vertical post, such as a squat rack. Simply wrap the anchor around the post and thread the D-ring through the anchor.
3X Front Pads: Before first use, make sure you have selected a front pad and placed it on your Iron Neck. We recommend trying the medium pad first and then adjusting to our larger or smaller pad as needed.

The AirFit™ system has undergone several improvements that offer a more comfortable fit, regardless of head size. An airflow design change now allows for more even distribution of air across the rear pad. The new, interchangeable front pads conform more closely to your forehead, while the updated, smoother back pad material won't catch your hair. Whether you're rehabilitating a sensitive injury or training for sports, you'll do it comfortably and confidently with the Iron Neck 3.0.

The attempt to downsize the Iron Neck was actually based on a functional improvement rather than a design principle. By reducing the distance between the attached band and your forehead, movement patterns with the Iron Neck 3.0 are greatly improved, allowing for a greater range of motion. Switching to an internal track design achieved this while allowing more space inside to accommodate more head sizes.
