The Exxentric Double Grip Bar is a versatile accessory for any kPulley system. On its own it can be great for rotational movements such as wood chops but in combination with a Double Grip Extension it also facilitates more chest press variations.
Usage
The Double Grip Bar is a training accessory designed to be used with the kPulley2 or kPulley Go flywheel training systems for enhanced upper body training. It provides users with an alternative grip option for rotational movements, important in many daily as well as spots-specific situations. The bar can also be used as an add-on in combination with the Double Grip Extension, which is always a part of the Upper Body Kit or XC Double Poling Kit. As an add-on it can be used for a variety of upper body exercises, including rows, pulldowns, and curls but it’s mostly optimized and recommended for push movements such as chest press.
