EXXENTRIC UPPER BODY KIT

This kit adds another critical component to Flywheel training on the kPulley, allowing you to perform even more bilateral upper body exercises with either the optional Double Grip Bar add-on below or alternatively with a pair of kGrips.

Double Grip Extension

This extra gear allows Exxentric users to widen their grip, which can be especially useful in bilateral upper body exercises on the kPulley.

Double Grip Bar — optional

The Exxentric Double Grip Bar is a versatile accessory for any kPulley system. On its own it can be great for rotational movements such as wood chops, but in combination with the Double Grip Extension it also facilitates more chest press variations.

Use

The Upper Body Kit unlocks more and better variations for pushing movements in kPulley, such as chest press and flys. In addition, it also enhances your Flywheel training in the form of an expanded range of pulling movements such as face pulls, rows and pullovers.

The Upper Body Kit accommodates both standing and seated exercises depending on your preference. kGrips are recommended for best results and maximum variety of exercises.

Characteristics
The kit comes with an optional bar, an extension that allows a wider bilateral grip for upper body exercises, as well as 2 pairs of straps to further extend and modify the range of motion required in certain exercises.
