What is the "cold process" of floor construction:

The cold process is an innovative method followed by BEKA especially for floors made of recycled material intended for indoor use. Conventional circulating floors join the raw material (the pieces of rubber) by heating them to make them stick.

The cold process involves multiple cutting, washing and removal of any extraneous matter that the raw materials may contain to create the very small grain rubber floor. The smaller the grain of the floor, the more stability and cushioning the material provides during use.
Unlike hot gluing which has 1% dimensional tolerance (i.e. at 1m², 1cm in size and 2mm in height) cold gluing has 0.05%, i.e. 20 times smaller.
The cold process meets 100% EU requirements. for less air encumbrance, in contrast to the hot welding process.
The advantages of the cold process:

Due to the creation of the floor with the "cold process", there are no differences in the dimensions of the tiles and there are no fluctuations in their thickness.
The small grain size of the floor helps to protect the equipment that steps on the floor and prevent wear or deformation of the equipment.

During the cold process, a special glue of superior quality is used to bond the grains that make up the floor. The quality of this special adhesive ensures that the air around the floor is not harmful. In this way, apart from health, approval from any ISO quality control is also ensured.
