The Air Exercise Bike inSPORTline Airbike Pro is a modern cardio machine that allows the user to exercise at their own pace, meaning you don't have to adjust the resistance yourself. All you have to do is pedal harder. The robust frame allows a weight limit of up to 160 kg, ensuring that the machine remains stable even under heavy load. Since the exercise arms with handles, as well as the pedals, are attached to the fan, you can exercise your arms and legs at the same time. Or you can press your feet into the footrests and only exercise your arms. This sophisticated system allows you to choose whether you want to exercise the whole body or just the lower or upper body.

The Air Exercise Bike inSPORTline Airbike Pro offers a variety of programs to make your training more varied. In addition to the quick start, you can also choose from predefined interval training programs and goal-oriented programs. There are two interval training programs. However, you can also set up and run your own program. You may also appreciate the fact that you can set your own target heart rate. When you do this, the exercise bike will tell you how hard you need to pedal to achieve this. You can follow all important information on an easy-to-read LCD screen.

Correct sitting posture is the basis of an effective exercise bike workout. That's why the Airbike Pro features an adjustable seat with comfortable, ergonomic padding. You can adjust the height of the seat (11 positions) as well as its horizontal position (7 positions) to your needs.
