The Viking PS-4 Power Station includes:

Free pulleys for Crossover and Functional exercises. They are made of heavy-duty industrial Nylon, have sealed bearings and are protected by a steel casing. The cables are aviation type and durable (2000 libres), with a thickness of 6mm and 18 strings.

Viking's PS-4 is a complete fitness station that will satisfy even the most demanding exerciser. It allows the execution of a very wide range of functional exercises with high precision for the correct training of our muscles. Its robustness and build quality are of a professional level since it is based on a powerful frame weighing 357 kg and with a cross-section of 3 mm made of high-quality steel Q235 (the same used in the construction of bridges!)
The mechanics of its movement and its overall performance are also excellent thanks to the linear bearings it uses in Smith, the smooth flow pulleys with great freedom of movement and the flawless finish of its surfaces.

Combines:

Smith machine of excellent performance and flow which is ensured by integrated linear bearings in each of the running rails! It incorporates an Olympic bar and is completely stable to help us perform squats and presses safely and comfortably. Its great advantage is the connection of the bar with a counterweight that ensures absolute control and progression in its downward movement to minimize the burden on the joints.
Crossover independent pulleys, adjustable in height, with a large degree of freedom that simulate natural – wide range of motion. Physical (driven by us and not by the machine), free movement whether it's push-ups, stretches or pull-ups, has many advantages as it follows the natural curves and curves of our torso, exploits the full range of joints and learns the muscles to operate cooperatively in all their degrees and angles of motion. This is the definition of functional training that improves neuromuscular fit, reduces injuries, increases true strength and makes us better athletes!
