VIKING C-11 POWER RACK GYMNASTICS CAGE

It was designed with the performance of basic multi-joint exercises in mind with safety and functional comfort.

It has many interesting features such as:

Built-in high and low pulley.
4 solid steel bar mounting hooks that can be set to 21 different heights from 44 – 173cm.
2 strong oblong bars – bar locks, also in solid steel, ending at the ends in 2 more mounting hooks.
Horizontally adjustable bar with cushion to immobilize the legs on high pulley pull-ups.
Solid chrome-plated steel monocoque with etched surface for a firm grip.
Functional dimensions: With a small footprint in space but a well-thought-out internal layout so that pull ups, presses and deep sit-ups can be performed comfortably.
4 built-in places for storing weights.
Adjustable bar with pad to stabilize thighs on high pulley pull-ups.
Thanks to the above, we can comfortably and safely perform all the powerful exercises that train all of our muscles cooperatively in a single workout:
