The AMILA Power Rack is designed and built to last, even under the toughest conditions. It is sure to satisfy even the most demanding fitness enthusiasts. Its spars are 76.2x50.8mm heavy-duty iron, and 3mm thick. It also has sockets to screw it to the floor.
Laser Cut Sockets
The slots (holes) in the AMILA POWER RACK have been lasered, for maximum precision and harmony. It has 25 different slots, to place the various accessories at the desired height. The holes are 16.2mm in diameter.
Standard Equipment
Pair of "J Hooks": Classic "J Hook" to hold your bar, in black. Made of heavy-duty steel. It has a black nylon coating to protect your bar
4 Band Pegs: Add flexibility to the exercises you do on the Rack, with the Band Pegs and the use of AMILA Loop Band exercise bands. They are very easy to use and install. Place the tires on the pegs and on the bar, creating a triangle, perform exercises such as squats and dead lifts. A very useful accessory to provide resistance linearity to barbell exercises.
