The resistance is mechanically adjusted from very low to very high making the system suitable for all levels of practitioners from beginners to experienced users, e.g. climbing athletes!

Why we need endless rope training

Rope training is more flexible than any other form of training. Depending on how you position your body and at what height the revvll ONE is mounted, different traction and turning exercises occur which require the participation of many muscle groups. By adjusting the resistance and by the degree of freedom in both directions you can perform the movements, the training can change between strength and endurance. Especially in sports that require handles and participation, the cooperative participation of limbs and torso, the training with revvll ONE becomes invaluable!

The comparison with his big brother revvll PRO

Revvll PRO is the professional version with the difference that the resistance is regulated by an indirect way of braking the rope. This allows an optimal flow of the rope during its movement. Additionally, there are 6 predetermined resistance levels that make training easier and more repetitive. In contrast, in revvll ONE the resistance is adjusted proportionally, ie there are no ready-made resistance levels. However, revvll ONE is smaller and lighter.
