The AMILA WallBall is made of high quality and durable double-stitched Nylon, coated with Vinyl for a soft yet firm grip. Its weight is properly distributed so that it can be thrown properly. All balls in the series are 35 cm in diameter, with weight-color separation.

The most efficient position to perform the exercises is the Goblet position (the ball in front of the chest and close to it) and throwing the ball as high as you can. If possible, you can train with someone else by throwing the ball towards them, an exercise that increases cardiorespiratory capacity and improves explosiveness.
