With Horizon you can also track heart rate continuously during workouts and overnight to help improve your health over time. Immediate ECG results will be displayed on the watch screen and can be replayed in the app, where users will find a more in-depth diagnostic report detailing possible signs of atrial fibrillation, as well as related advice. In addition to sleep analysis, enabling Breath Scan can detect breathing disorders through the PPG sensor and accelerometer based on the analysis of blood oxygen levels, heart rate, movement and breathing rate. Automatically tracks walking, running, swimming, sleeping, distance & calories burned. In addition to the medical features, you can take advantage of this by starting a run, bike or walk session to have post-workout access to a map of your route, along with the distance, pace and elevation you've covered. Choose from over 30 activities and start training mode right from your wrist. Easily connects to the free Health Mate app (Android & iOS) where you can see trends, gain insights & find extra motivation with regimens and schedules. This scanwatch, in addition to being a medical aid, still has all the other functions of a smartwatch which means you can customize notifications to receive them via vibration as well as preview text messages, calls, events and apps directly on the watch screen.
