The wheel of the elliptical machine weighs about 14 kg and has a magnetic resistance system controlled by an electric motor. The resistance is adjusted electrically to 16 different levels, using the special buttons on the console.

The console has a blue-backlit LCD screen where you can continuously monitor your training data such as: time, distance, speed, calories and heart rate as detected by the appropriate heart rate sensors or, more accurately of the indications, from a chest belt (optional accessory which is not included in the original package).

The elliptical machine has 12 preset programs in memory with automatic adjustment of exercise resistance, 4 user programs, 5 HRC heart rate control programs, 1 body fat program and the classic free manual program.

For greater comfort during exercise, you can adjust the pedals in 3 positions according to your height. The structure of the ERX 90 HRC elliptical machine is very robust and the 45 Kg it weighs allows a recommended user support of 120 Kg. Once you have finished your workout, the transport wheels on the base of the elliptical machine will help you move it.
