Made from a patent-pending material based on texture research and surface science, the Naboso Pro Training Mat is designed to help you reconnect to the sensory side of movement by stimulating the skin on your feet.
The Naboso Pro Training Mat is currently being integrated by coaches and trainers for athletes in the NFL, MLC, NRL, plus many other sports such as skiing, rowing and dance.
Recommended for:
- Facility use and barefoot training design
- Optimizing foot stimulation during standing barefoot exercises
- Standing exercises with kettlebells, sandbags, Olympic lifting etc
- Standing barefoot bodyweight exercises such as step ups, lunges
Not Recommended for:
- Floorwork including yoga, Pilates, stretching or myofascial work. If this is your intended interest we recommend our Naboso® Mind Body Mat

- RBEVA top layer with rubber underlay which is a more earth-friendly rubber because it is a recyclable material. Waterproof, closed-cell RBEVA which is easy to clean and more durable.
- Wash warm water with soap and air dry. Recommended cleaning once a week.
