The spine corrector box is a lightweight Pilates equipment that you can use to strengthen your abs, spine, and all this with minimal space requirements. Why is it designed this way?
The spine corrector box has 3 different design points: 1) the arc, 2) the well and 3) the step. The bow has a slight incline on one side and a steeper one on the other, allowing 2 different body parts to be exercised at the same time. Just below, you will find 3 locking positions for your Pilates bed. The recess works primarily to position and support the body, achieving a mechanical hold on the body if you are positioned on one side or the other. So you can perform exercises such as roll down or side sit up, or by positioning your body with a C curve to stretch (flex) your abs. The step can be used for support with hands or feet in exercises for more balance in many exercises, or it can be removed completely turning the spine corrector into a support board, increasing the difficulty for various exercises such as the classic Plank.
