Durability: Due to its composition, cork is very resistant to abrasion and compression. It has a very high level of elasticity, increasing its lifespan, without straining from use. It is resistant to oil, grease and salt water (sweat), which makes it suitable for use in fitness as well.
Insulating Properties: Cork is a poor conductor of heat. This property offers absolute neutrality, both in Hot Yoga and in the contrasts of the weather. So a warm environment doesn't heat up the Peanut Roller, so it doesn't make you uncomfortable, and vice versa.

Cleaning Instructions:
1. Dilute the non-toxic cleaner on the surface of the cork.
2. Scrub the stains with a toothbrush or a soft brush.
3. Wipe with a towel dampened with water.
4. Leave it in a dry and cool place to dry, away from exposure to extremes of weather.
