It is an evolution of the popular DS-22. It maintains the functional and quality advantages of its predecessor, adding a folding bench for abs and chest presses.

It is used for :

Multiple height adjustments for single bar pull-ups from 150 to 225 cm! It caters for all heights and adapts to all spaces. At a low height of 150 cm, it offers easy storage

Adjusting the back cushion forward for proper support during leg lifts.

Horizontal bar with 2 positioning positions of different heights for performing stretches on the biceps femoris.

Strong non-slip bases to keep it stable. This also allows the reduction of the dimensions of its base.

Built-in handles for chest pressures (push ups bars).

Innovations:

The Single Barbell – Double Barbell have the waist support pad far enough back so that single barbell pull-ups are not obstructed. The Viking DS-24 has the ability to adjust the pad forward to properly support the lower back during leg lifts, and it can be moved back on single barbell pull-ups.
It is also the only home Barbell - Barbell with a built-in exercise bench that can be adjusted in 4 levels (horizontal and 3 inclined). The same bench becomes an ab bench.
It has strong independent non-slip bases that give it great stability while compressing the dimensions of the machine, which no longer needs a large base to stabilize!
