VIKING HIP THRUST BENCH HT-7
Viking's HT-7 Hip Thrust bench is a dedicated machine for the glutes. It helps in their quick and effective development as it isolates the exercise and focuses it especially on training the gluteus maximus. This is achieved by the dynamic extension of the hips overcoming some resistance (bar or rubber bands), with the knees coming to a right angle, while resting our back on the pillow.
The HT-7 features comfortable dimensions for all body types to find the right exercise position and a strong steel frame to withstand heavy workouts!
The back support cushion is made of dense foam material and coated with non-slip PU.
The foot support base is also covered with a textured anti-slip sheet so that the soles adhere firmly and do not slip during exercise.
There are 2 bars on each side at hip height, to which we can hook resistance bands. Thus, resistance to thrusts can come from the barbell, the tires, or a combination thereof.
Despite its robust construction, the HT-7 Hip Thrust bench is easy to move around thanks to its special handle and rolling wheels.
