Suitable for home as well as group training, the Barbell + Weight Plate Set inSPORTline Pumpino is a modern-looking piece of training equipment that allows you to adjust the weight and therefore expand your exercise options, allowing you to do squats, lunges, presses or lifts . The exercises will be more difficult and therefore much more effective, helping you to improve your strength and fitness. The set includes a bar with grip marks and 3 pairs of weight plates with colored rubber coating and two safety collars.

Since the weight plates are color coded, you can easily find the required weight. Weight plates have holes in them, making them easy to handle and suitable for rotation and balance exercises or as an alternative to one-handed dumbbells.
