The TheraBand tilting board combines an extremely non-slip design with a sensorimotor surface, thereby opening up new possibilities in the areas of balance, stabilization and posture improvement. 

In addition to the usual balance exercises, the tilting board can also be used for exercises for the stomach, legs or the whole. These, carried out on the tilting board, are a lot more difficult and demanding.
