Viking made the MPG-5 Max Power Grip Set, a set of 5 different grips, for this very reason! Each has a different opening and grip position, specially designed to target a different muscle group. In this way, the back is trained harmoniously and completely, with a balanced development of all its muscles without restrictions.
The excellent ergonomics of the handles ensure very comfortable exercise positions with full exploitation of the entire range of motion.
