ROTATIONAL RESISTANCE

Our Pro and Varsity Models incorporate braking technology that allows for concentric muscle activation throughout rotational movements. This makes it more difficult to rotate your head. This can be particularly useful for injury prevention and as a means of progressing during latter stages of rehabilitation. The Pro model has a Variable Friction Dial that allows for easy adjustment of the rotational resistance (friction) applied. The Varsity model incorporates light, fixed rotational resistance.
