The TheraBand Aqua belts are ideal for gentle strength and endurance training in deep water. From aqua walking to hydro-tone to aqua jogging, the aqua belts offer joint-friendly training without age restrictions.
The optimal coordination of shape and volume of the belt supports the buoyancy situation in the water and gives the practitioner security. The slightly roughened surface offers additional slip resistance and grip. The combination of strong but flexible material ensures problem-free readjustment of the belt in the water.

The TheraBand Aqua belts are available in two versions: blue / S (medium buoyancy aid) and black / L (strong buoyancy aid). Basically: Lighter people weighing up to 70 kg are recommended to use the blue aqua belt. The use of the black aqua belt is recommended for people weighing approximately 70 kg or more. The proportion of individual body composition (muscle mass vs. body fat) does not matter. The popular opinion that a higher percentage of body fat may require less buoyancy aid ("fat floats up") is wrong, since the statement only refers to free-floating fats in water, but not to body fats within a human body.
