The TheraBand® Foot Roller is used to provide temporary relief from pain associated with plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and tired feet. Thanks to its grooved surface structure, the TheraBand foot roller is ideally suited for massage purposes as well as for stretching the plantar fascia, the toes and for treating pain. The grooved surface structure additionally promotes the massage effect. It  is made of natural rubber and is therefore absolutely non-slip and leaves no streaks. After cooling in the ice compartment beforehand, it even enables cold application.
