Tubing meets loop

The TheraBand Tubing Loops are an effective training device with the well-known properties of the Original TheraBand Tubing. The TheraBand Tubing Loop is particularly suitable for combined strength and coordination exercises of the upper and lower extremities.

Thanks to the stable Velcro loops, no windings or additional assists are necessary. Simply put it around your wrists or ankles, close the Velcro fastener and the tubing loop holds in place even during exercises with a large range of motion. In addition, the hands remain free, which increases the variety of exercises even further.
