The handles offer a simple and secure grip for exercises with exercise bands and tubing. People with low hand strength (e.g. with arthrosis) are thus able to train effectively.

The TheraBand door anchor turns the door into a training station and is used to fix the exercise bands and exercise tubes to a door. Then a suitable exercise band is simply knotted with the loop and resistance training can begin at the door.
