The TheraBand weight cuffs serve to strengthen the arm and leg muscles and at the same time expand the possibilities of balance and stabilization training. Thanks to the Velcro fastener system, they are quickly and securely attached to the wrists or ankles, increasing their weight. They are perfect for indoor and outdoor use and are available in three different color-coded weight classes.

Three different color-coded weight classes provide more challenges for jogging, dips or even fascial swing exercises at all fitness levels. They are also equipped with reflective strips for safe outdoor use.
